Buying a New Property or Office?


Here’s something that you might want to read before parting with your money.


Location, Location, Location” is the first thing that you would be told when looking for a new property, a home, an office or even a piece of land to invest in.


But is that the only consideration when buying, renting or investing in a new ‘home’ for your time and energy?


My answer is NO! Location is an important factor. Agreed.


But the “location” of a property requires a bit more of a deep dive. So, let’s go and scratch a bit deeper.


Every single living thing on this planet has an energy source, a life force, a character if you wish. You do. The place from where you work or where you live, or in other words your property, that you wish to invest in, does too. 


It derives that energy source from a combination of factors but the most important is the land forms on and surrounding the property. 


Have a look around and see what you can see with the naked eye. Are there some pleasant land forms in the area? A mountain or a lake, a big open space, a swimming pool, place to breathe?


Or is it cramped up, in a corner, in a cul-de-sac, or with an electrical pylon close by? Or it might be close to a main road, there is a lot of foot traffic or even located in an area which you might think will be good for your business to flourish. 


But here’s the thing - 70% of the available energy that you can tap into inside four walls come from the outside! “What????”


Surely that cannot be right? Yes. It is. Only 30% of the output of a property depends on what is going on inside the property.  So good landforms are critical.


What do we do if there are no good landforms where we live or work? Read on.


So, if 70% come from the landforms, where’s the other 30% come from, you might ask?


Well from you – the person occupying the space on the inside.


You might have the greatest project, have the best health, the most awesome team, the right strategies in place, high hopes, ideals and dreams and you move into the property and everything goes wrong.


You fight with your partner, your business starts to dwindle, you fight with your bank balance every month, and the problems and obstacles seem insurmountable.


Or it just started this year – from about November last year actually.


What do you do? Run for the hills or hide your head in the sand? Blame it on the recent 2 years or blame it on the economy or blame the country or somebody or something else?


No.
